Public Biography
Jeffery Talbert Ph.D. is Professor and Division Chief of Biomedical Informatics at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine, Director of the Institute for Biomedical Informatics, and Associate Director for the Center for Clinical and Translational Science. Professor Talbert has research interests in public health informatics and health services research.
