Public Biography
Felix is a postdoctoral fellow in Medical Informatics at the DigiHealth Institute, HNU, Germany. His focuses on evaluation methods for mHealth applications and the use of informatics in Global Health and in International disaster response. He has a background in health information management and completed a Master's in Global Health Sciences as a Fulbright scholar. He is always keen for new collaborations and teaching opportunities.
