Dr. Cole led the foundational work incorporating interface terminologies (Intelligent Medical Objects, Inc.) in EHRs which is now a "standard" in most commercial systems. As Vice President and Global CIO at Cornell University, he leads policy development for safe and ethical use of clinical data for research, AI, and commercialization.
