Historic ACMI Biography
For 2 decades Dr Lober has made foundational contributions in clinical, global and public health informatics, developing, implementing and evaluating: novel methods in disease surveillance, national EHRs for HIV care in Haiti and Kenya, and interoperable systems including award winning FHIR apps for opioid CDSS and COVID patient engagement.
