Public Biography
Dr. Amar Das is Vice President of Real World Evidence at Guardant Health. Dr. Das has over twenty-five years of experience in informatics and clinical research. Prior to joining Guardant, he was a faculty member at Stanford University and Dartmouth College and held Director-level positions at IBM Research and Merck Research Laboratories.
Historic ACMI Biography
Amar Das has made significant contributions to research on knowledge-based systems and is a recognized expert on informatics methods to represent, reason over and mine time-oriented clinical data. He has led institutional efforts at Dartmouth and IBM to develop programs that have broadened training and collaboration in biomedical informatics research.
