KU Center for Health Informatics offers flexible online graduate programs for full-time working professionals. Graduates are prepared to lead at the intersection of health care and technology in a variety of settings. The Health Informatics Certificate consists of 19 credit hours completely online. Courses focus on informatics, leadership and research. Core informatics courses can later be applied toward master’s degree requirements.
Courses combine practical experiences with simulated course projects, and students integrate course learning by working with a mentor to complete a final practicum requirement.
