The OHSU Graduate Certificate in Health & Clinical Informatics Program aims to provide students a sound basis for implementing, developing, and managing health and healthcare information resources and systems. The program requires seven academic-quarter courses and is fully online. One of the courses can be a practicum in a local healthcare system or industry. The Graduate Certificate is most useful for those interested in gaining skills in health and clinical informatics to complement their existing career as a physician, nurse, other health care professional, IT professional, administrator or librarian. Courses can be carried forward into the Master of Science program.
