The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) clinical informatics fellowship welcomes applicants from all ACGME primary clinical specialties. Three fellowship positions are awarded each year. Fellows experience the practice of clinical informatics in inpatient, ambulatory, emergency, and other care settings. During rotations, fellows work closely with distinguished faculty on projects in clinical decision support, data analytics/science, and innovation. As part of this collaborative program with the University of Pennsylvania (Penn) Institute for Biomedical Informatics, fellows earn either a Certificate in Biomedical Informatics or a Master's degree in Biomedical Informatics and engage in mentored opportunities to pursue research and other scholarly activities. CHOP and Penn are committed to developing our future leaders of the healthcare industry.
