Public Biography
Dr. Siddhartha Srivastava is a General Internal Medicine Physician at Kingston Health Science Centre, an Associate Professor at Queen's University, and the Chief Medical Information Officer for a regional Health Information System across six Southeast Ontario, Canada hospitals. He has a Clinical Informatics certification from the American Board of Preventative Medicine, a Master’s in Health and Clinical Informatics from Oregon Health Science University, a Master of Science in Bioinformatics from the University of British Columbia, and degrees in Computer Science and Biological Science from the University of Calgary. His expertise in Medicine and clinical informatics drives his passion for integrating and evaluating digital health technologies to improve healthcare quality and clinical outcomes.
